P90X >>> INSANITY

Well here I am trying to save myself from being a typical lazy American. :P I used to be really fit and would like to lose a couple LBs.. well more than a couple, haha. so I have started the P90X about two weeks ago, along with my roomie, and so far we are doing good. It is hard at first but if you can pull through it is a great workout. Even with little diet control there is a definite health difference. But the crazy thing is we plan to transition into the INSANITY workout. So far the only INSANITY workout we have done is the fit test and let me tell you... it is a pretty tough cardio workout. We love doing it and are staying on schedule so we can both be as fit and healthy as we can... WISH US LUCK!!!! :)

  1. Oh man. Good luck with this stuff. I started it a while back but since I was moving homes I didn't keep up with it. I'm a big guy, and I had way more energy after doing this though, so I might get back into it.

  3. Man I want this, Jacked is a bad ass pre-workout, it'll make a - should I work out today - turn into a he-man workout, especially if you're already taking creatine.

  7. Good luck! I need to get a TV before I can try these, and believe me I want to. The gym membership isn't cutting it.

  9. Insanity is well...insane! haha My best advice would be to do a solid weightlifting routine like stronglifts or starting strength and combine it with insanity, you'll turn into a dif person in no time! Looking forward to hearing about your results!

    I'm trying to lose some weight, too.
    I take a 1hour/1hour and a half walk everyday, 3 times a week I go to the gym.

  13. insanity didn't do much on me when I first used it except for an abs and a whole bunch of stamina. Probably because I don't eat that much lol, And to think that I lost my shape in just over eating for a few months of eating and sitting all day. Don't get me wrong It does work lol.

    all you need are pushups and the motivation to actually get of your ass and do them ;)
